Description Eco fire resistant notice board aluminium frame made from recycled plastics. Made from polyester specially treated to achieve a certified UK fire rating of BS EN13501 Class B. This new material is lightweight and does not require a felt covering. In fact the absence of a felt is a major plus point in the product’s lower cost. While felt is not that expensive, it still has to be cut, wrapped around the edges and bonded with an adhesive. Coupled with extra curing (drying) time, you can see how costs can mount up in the manufacturing process of conventional notice boards. The PolyColour material has a felt-like texture and accepts pins in much the same way as normal felt notice boards. Currently this particular range is available in two colours, blue or grey.
